By Candradasa on Mon, 20 Jan, 2014 - 16:28Hi all, we’re back our winter break now, and wanted to let you know that we’ll resume online meditation as planned tomorrow on Tuesday January 21st. We’ll be doing the classic mindfulness of breathing meditation, followed on Thursday by the cultivation of loving kindness (the metta bhavana) .

Our regular meditation times this season will again be Tuesdays at 2.30pm EST/ 7.30pm UK and Thursdays at 11am EST / 4pm UK...
