Come explore, deepen and practice the quality of mindfulness. Mindfulness is an essential ability for us to develop and use in the quest for a rich, meaningful and happy life. The more mindful we are the more clear and concentrated we can become.
Combining mindful concentration with positive mental states can help dissolve restrictions that block our energies.
We will meditate, both sitting and walking, short periods of silence, as well as discuss and explore the five categories that restrict the developement of mindfulness and positive mental states.
There will be an opportunity for a mindful lunch either by bringing your own or gathering one from the surrounding eateries.
