Each of these micro-retreats will focus on a particular sutta or sutra. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with teachings from the Buddha and his disciples throughout history. A great way to explore the richness of the Buddhist tradition and come away with practical advice to vitalize one’s own practice.

Saturday, April 25th | 10am – 4pm

Come explore recovery from addictions through the lens of Buddhist teachings and practices. This day will be dedicated to meditation, discussion and friendship and is not meant as a substitute for any existing program or therapy of recovery and is open to anyone dealing with addictions in all it’s forms. A vegetarian meal will be offered and the cost of the day is based on donations. Facilitated by Narottama and friends.
