Resignation of Manapa

Last month I received a resignation letter from Manapa in Seattle, USA. He was ordained at Guhyaloka, Spain in 1993, and I am both his
Public and Private Preceptor. I have accepted the resignation and let him know that. I asked Manapa if I could share his letter with you to which he agreed.
