The Noble Eightfold Path is the most widely known of the Buddha’s teachings. In this course we will unfold each ‘limb’ of the Path making them practical, accessible and relevant to the way we live our lives today.
Through reflection, meditation and our own experience we can begin the journey of transforamtion into something more expansive, enriching and awake.
