I am sorry to announce the resignation of Dharmachari Dayajit. He is very clear in his own mind that to resign is...
This paper continues a theme begun in Articles Shabda May 2014, in a paper called ‘On Cessation’. It is a further exploration of dukkha-nirodha, the third Aryan Truth.

I also have a scanned copy of an article printed in Jataka magazine 15 years ago about how I prepared my family using rituals when I was going off to be Ordained. I can send a copy of that article if requested- maitripala [at] gmail.com
Last Tuesday a team met at the Birmingham Buddhist Centre, and then went out and did a litter pick to improve the local environment. Here are a few photos of their productive day!
Hello! Sarah here writing on behalf of the Glasgow 2015 Women’s Karuna Appeal.
For BAM 2015 I have joined a team of 4 courageous women, led by the wonderful Sangamani, who are knocking on doors in Glasgow to raise funds for the Karuna Trust. * A major article by Anne Baring (co-author of The Myth of the Goddess) in which she traces the evolution of images of the divine feminine throughout the ages. It is a call to awaken the imagination, to restore and reinvent a vision of a sacred cosmos.

You may have already heard this story about the monk with dysentery, but there is more.
