Sangharakshita: The Poetry Interviews

By Munisha on Tue, 13 Jun, 2017 - 10:29

Kalyanaprabha is one of Sangharakshita’s two literary editors. (The other is Vidyadevi.) She writes to tell us about a new set of interviews with him, about his poetry.

“Recently there appeared on Sangharakshita’s website a link to some rather unusual interviews on The Buddhist Centre Online: over 10 separate sessions, Saddhanandi* interviews Sangharakshita about 10 of his poems.

Each interview opens with a sensitive reading of the poem by Saddhanandi and then...

In her first Adhisthana Newsletter, earlier this month, she wrote: “This is the first time I’m writing to you after taking on the position of Chair at Adhisthana from Vajragupta. He is now touring various centres doing what he loves - teaching the Dharma.

I’m at my desk listening to the sounds of a very rowdy game of volleyball...

Ratnasuri Departs from Taraloka after 28 years

By saddhanandi on Wed, 16 Apr, 2014 - 14:29Saddhanandi: Here I am, back at Taraloka after a two-week absence: visiting family, attending a two-day meeting on mindfulness at Adhisthana, and attending a meditation retreat at Rivendell. Ratnasuri first moved to Taraloka in 1985...
