One of the major areas of work for the public preceptors is the training of private preceptors, of whom there are now well over 200 worldwide. Separate retreats for men and women private preceptors happen every year at Adhisthana and Padmavajra and Dhammadinna, who have been involved in them for 10 years or more, share their reflections about these retreats.
