The Practice and Purpose of Meditation

By Mokshini on Fri, 10 Mar, 2017 - 18:15

 - this is our new theme on Sangha Night which started on March 8th. Over the next couple of months we’ll be devoting the evenings to going deeper in meditation by looking at the main meditation practices as taught in our Community.

We’ll do this  through short talks, guided meditation practice and time for discussion and sharing our experience of meditating. All levels of experience welcome!  If you’ve been meaning to re-energize your meditation practice, this might be just the time to do it!
