All are welcome to our weekly Sunday gathering! Meditation starts at 10 am - simple instruction is given for beginners. After the sit, there is a tea break followed by an activity as listed below. Feel free to just come for the meditation, or the whole program. Offered by donation.

Jan 24th: social tea and hang out
Jan 31st: meditation level II: going deeper in meditation
Sutra discussion = A lively exploration of an ancient Buddhist text.
Meditation discussion= A chance to discuss your practice and troubleshoot/share inspiration with other practitioners.
Social tea = tea and light snacks; an informal, friendly salon.
Meditation level II = Ways of taking your practice deeper.
