How to Engage your Sangha with Home Retreats

From Triratna Resources on Mon, 8 Jun, 2020 - 15:20

As part of The Buddhist Centre Online’s response to the pandemic, they have been offering Home Retreats, and these continue each month.

Whilst our Centres are closed or restricted, these are an excellent way of giving your Sangha something substantial yet flexible to engage with, and are a whole lot less work than doing it all using your local team! Dear Sangha friends,

I wanted to offer you a podcast to listen to in these times.

FBA Podcast: Appearance and Emptiness Are Inseparable

From Free Buddhist Audio on Sat, 6 Jun, 2020 - 14:00

Karunagita explores emptiness through Padmasambhava’s advice to Queen Ngang Chung:

During the time of insight which is surrounded by a calm, gentle aura, openness and appearance are inseparable. The six senses come forth, though appearance and voidness are inseparable;
this is the real foundation, without which no means exists.

Talk given at Dhanakosa Retreat Center, 2017.
