De WOENSDAGAVOND is open voor iedereen met of zonder ervaring. Je hoeft je niet op te geven voor deze avond. De avond begint om kwart over zeven en je bent welkom vanaf kwart voor zeven. De avond eindigt ongeveer kwart over negen.
Heb je nog geen ervaring met meditatie dan kan je tussen kwart voor zeven en de begintijd voorlopige uitleg over de meditatie van die avond krijgen.

Shortly after the Buddha’s Enlightenment, he had a vision of humanity which compelled him to teach and help others. This vision helped form the basis of Buddhist teachings of compassion and kindness. During this evening we will explore the mythic dimension of this vision, and look at how it influences our own lives.
