Here is the Karaniya Metta sutta (the Buddha’s words on loving-kindness) in Pali (an ancient Indian language for which I’m afraid I’ve lost some of the diacritics), followed by an English translation by Ratnaprabha. This is a version for easy printing - you can also read and listen along here!

A beautiful Himalayan peak, Khangchendzonga, overlooked a resurgence of Buddhism, rather ironically first in the ‘West’ and then the ‘East’.
