This Sunday, September 18, 10AM-12PM, we will conclude our series on going for refuge to the Three Jewels of Buddhism by considering how we are supported by the community of people, like ourselves, who are exploring the spiritual path laid out by the Buddha.  We will begin the morning with a period of meditation and conclude with a Threefold Puja – a short, collective, recitation of verses celebrating the Three Jewels.  All are welcome.  Offered by donation: $10-5 suggested.

Dear Order Members,

Cittavasin is currently recovering from an emergency operation carried out yesterday to remove a tumour from his upper intestine following acute and persistent internal bleeding with a previously undetermined cause. The tumour is currently being tested.

To significantly complicate matters, he and his partner, Beccy, were on a motorcycle touring holiday in Southern France which was swiftly curtailed by events. Cittavasin was admitted to intensive care in a provincial French hospital...
