Dear Friends in the Order,

Vajramayi is a Dharmacharini from the Netherlands. She’s 65 years old and has been ordained nearly thirteen years. She lived by herself in Utrecht.

About two months ago she was diagnosed with untreatable bowel cancer which, at the time of the diagnosis, had already spread into the liver, the lymph system and the lungs.

We’ve invited her to come and live with us in the women’s community here in Amsterdam. We, family, Sangha and Vajramayi herself, were all really pleased that she took...
