The Bury St Edmunds Buddhist Group is located in the centre of Bury St. Edmunds at the Quaker Meeting House (we use the entrance in St Andrew's Street North).    Although centrally located in town, people come along from the surrounding area.   We also have strong links with the Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge Buddhist Centres.

We offer regular Meditation and Buddhism evenings, led by experienced Buddhist practitioners.

Shared Practice Evenings
We meet every Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7:15 – 9:45 p.m. to share our practice.

Everyone is welcome to come along whatever their level of experience.   The evenings usually comprise meditation and discussion on an aspect of Buddhist practice.

Occasionally we hold day retreats.   These are a great opportunity to learn more about Buddhism and meditation.   For more information, please see our website or email us.
