We have two positions available at Adhisthana: ‘Second Cook’ and ‘Administrator’, and we are looking for two new members of the community to fill these roles. 
Adhisthana holds a strong vision for Triratna and is a vibrant, developing situation, holding many retreats, meetings and gatherings of the Order. This makes for a rich and stimulating place to live and work with the possibility of making connections across the Order and living an immersed Dharma Life.

We are looking for Order Members or Mitras training for Ordination to join either the Men’s or Women’s community here. You will need to have a serious interest in an intensive experience of community living and team-based right livelihood, need to be inspired by the vision of Adhisthana and motivated to contribute generously. Experience of working in a kitchen/office is useful but not necessary as you will be trained. A driving license is required.
