We’ll be online 15 mins before the meditation, which will be the Mindfulness of Breathing, with 5 minutes or so of ‘Just Sitting’ at the end. We’ll also have some time to share and discuss meditation generally after the session.
It’s worth bearing the Google Hangout option in mind as a fallback – Skype can get hard to connect with after 8-10 people are on the call, or if you're on an older version or on some kinds of mobile devices.
