Drawing on the teachings of the Dharma, the “Work that Reconnects” comprises tools and practices which offer insights into how we can work together to support a shift in our hearts and minds, our lives and our society that is life-sustaining.
Using individual and group exercises, meditation, discussion and reflection we will be engaging the body, heart, imagination and intellect to explore our relationship with the world we live in.
The weekend will be in the form of a cycle of experiences and contexts going from Gratitude to Honouring our pain to Seeing with new eyes and then Going forth. This cycle of work is a powerful way of exploring and radically changing our connection with ourselves, each other and the world we live in. This can help us find the energy to engage in activity ‘for the benefit of all beings’, the work of the Bodhisattva in training!
We hope it will be a weekend of imagination and inspiration.
