I am delighted to let you know of the forthcoming ordination of Gus Miller. Gus was invited to be ordained last year, along with two other men working for the London Buddhist Centre. As it would have put a great strain on the LBC for all three to be away at the same time, Gus kindly volunteered to wait for a year. Sadly, with the outbreak of Covid-19, we have had to cancel the Guhyaloka course and postpone it until next year. However, we really did not want to make Gus wait for two years before he was ordained.

Gus, his private preceptor Maitreyabandhu and I, all live in the communities above the LBC. We are therefore going to ordain Gus ‘at home’. With everything so uncertain we can't commit to a date. But we are hoping to ordain Gus very soon, and will livestream the public ordination.
