Once again, we will hold our Sunday gathering in the fresh air of Goodwin Park. This week we continue our focus on the historical Buddha, as we launch a new Sunday topic: If the Buddha Lived in Portsmouth.

Sunday August 6, 10AM-12:30 PM

Each week we will look at a story about the Buddha's life and what it says about the kind of person he was. We will also consider the relevance of his teaching and example for our own age.  We will provide some mats and cushions; bring a chair if you want one.  

Goodwin Park is located between Islington St., State St., Cabot St. and Summer St. in Portsmouth. In case of rain, we will move inside to Safeway Studios #23, 135 McDonough St. – just a block away from the park.
