The Heart Needs Its Own Blood: Inspiration, Desire and Faith in the Dharma Life
New Sunday Program –– April 21 - June 23, 9:30am - 12pm
Continuing our year-long focus on The Myth of the Path, we'll be waking up this spring with a beautiful new series discovering the lifeblood of our practice. Energy and inspiration for Dharma practice are vital to our health and happiness. Finding our sources of inspiration, maintaining interest and energy, and cultivating our faith and imagination are core matters of spiritual vitality. Do we have enough spark in our practice? What do we do if we lose inspiration? How do we cope intelligently with doubt? Each week we'll be exploring these many dimensions of the heart with meditation, short talks and small group discussions.
All are welcome to our Sunday morning program, and each Sunday session will stand on its own –– come to one or two, or all of them, as your schedule permits.
