Whether you're just beginning to meditate or wanting to take your practice a bit further, this workshop will provide a supportive context for learning how to work with the breath to calm the body and mind.

Mindfulness of Breathing is a traditional Buddhist practice that teaches us how to relax the mind and focus, without conflict, on a single object. Learning this meditation may lead to deeper levels of relaxation, greater discipline in concentrating the mind, increased self-confidence and a greater ability to maintain a healthy perspective on events in our lives. You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice and benefit.
