Dharmabyte: Infinite Spaces + Boundless Awareness

From Free Buddhist Audio on Mon, 6 Jul, 2020 - 14:00

It is possible to move our sense of who we are, our stories are changeable. Vidyamala invites us into the world of myth, symbol and poetry to challenge our fixed sense of self.

Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a fluid sense of oneself? Responding to whatever arises with kindness, with love, with compassion, with infinite creative potential.

She finishes emphasising kindness with a wonderful quote from Patrul Rimpoche: “Have a good heart and act with kindness. There is no higher teaching.”

Viryajyoti gives the second talk in a series on Compassion for a Modern Word on a theme close to her heart. The Bodhisattva aim is to free all beings from suffering – what about here and now in the 21st century? What is radical kindness? What would it be like to be radically kind?

We are asking you to give £60 to directly support an individual Order member and their family...

I emerged from my week off to the deluge of discussion around...
