From Triratna News on Thu, 23 Jan, 2014 - 10:59Vidyaruchi writes with news of two full-time intensive Dharma Training Courses being launched at Adhisthana, Triratna’s new retreat centre near Malvern, UK. The first, a five-month course for women, begins in February. It will be followed by a similar course for men, running from September 2014 to January 2015. He says -

From Online Meditators on Mon, 20 Jan, 2014 - 16:28Hi all, we’re back our winter break now, and wanted to let you know that we’ll resume online meditation as planned tomorrow on Tuesday January 21st. We’ll be doing the classic mindfulness of breathing meditation, followed on Thursday by the cultivation of loving kindness (the metta bhavana) .

Our regular meditation times this season will again be Tuesdays at 2.30pm EST/ 7.30pm UK and Thursdays at 11am EST / 4pm UK...
