Good news about Ratnasuri

Dear Friends,

We’ve got good news.

Ratnasuri’s operation has gone well. Done with an epidural (not general) anaesthetic, she had three screws inserted to mend her broken femur. Her broken arm is in a sling and is being left to heal naturally. Her pain is well managed.

As far as we know, she will stay in hospital until the bones have healed. It’s difficult to say how long this will be...
