He has been pivotal in the establishment of the Jai Bhim Network, a Buddhist community in the country, and, along with a number of others, has set up the Dr Ambedkar High School, which educates Roma/Gypsy children.

We met at the centre on the 31st October , built a Vajrasttva shrine, chanted, listened to Padmolka reading out some of the obituary and rejoiced in Bhante.

The next day a Sevenfold puja and more rejoicings.

Several of us had met Bhante and those who hadn’t said how grateful they were to him for bringing the movement into being - everyone contributed something.

This week we are able to offer the opportunity to come and spend time with the body of our Teacher.

Centre and Groups coming in groups together have been informed of the time slots available to them over this period. Aparajita and Nandavajra will be co-ordinating this. The Chair of your Centre should be in contact to let you know what has been arranged for your centre should you wish to come along as a group.
