Tiratanaloka recently ran a weekend retreat on the symbol of the mandala with over 100 participants. It was a very rich weekend, evoking the mandala and letting it inform our lives. What would it be like to always dwell in the mandala where every experience is imbued with significance, and our energy flows towards what is most meaningful to us.

I’m delighted to say that the College of Public Preceptors has appointed Yashodeva as a Public Preceptor.

Yashodeva was ordained in 1981 and is now 59. He lived at Guhyaloka for 12 years, which is where he began working with men who were training for ordination, and has continued to be involved with GFR retreats in Spain since moving to Adhisthana eight years ago. He conducted his first ordination in 1999, and is now private preceptor to four men and kalyanamitra...

Sangha evenings every Wednesday

Our regular sangha evenings are held every Wednesday, from 7 to 9pm, suitable for people who know the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. We usually have a lightly led meditation and a talk and once a month we include a puja. Some of our meetings are on Zoom, most are in person. We announce each week’s event, along with the Zoom code, in our regular mailings.
