Jan Deckers from Ghent, Belgium, was publicly ordained at Metta Vihara retreat centre in The Netherlands on Sunday 28th September.

Jan becomes Dhammavedin - "He who is inspired by the Dhamma".

His private preceptor was Dhammaketu; his public preceptor Mahamati.
