Later this month Triratna Young Buddhists in Europe will be gathering again at Adhisthana, for their first ever retreat for under-25s.

Singhamati is the Young People’s Co-ordinator employed by Triratna’s European Chairs’ Assembly. She writes: “The weekend is an chance for younger Buddhists, or those interested in meditation and Buddhism, to come together, meet friends old and new, practise and have fun!  

Open to newcomers and those who have been practising for years, it’ll be a unique and important opportunity for younger adults to explore together what Buddhism has to say about life's big questions and how to live a meaningful life.

We will be looking at Sangharakshita's teachings on the 'Greater mandala of aesthetic appreciation'; exploring beauty in the spiritual life and how we can live aligned with our deepest values.

The retreat will be led by Amalasiddhi, Hattie, Hannah and Charlotte, all of them Order members or mitras who are under 25, with support from me. 

The retreat will be held at Adhisthana, our beautiful retreat centre in Herefordshire, from suppertime Friday 31st July and leaving after lunch on Sunday 2nd August."

Cost and booking
The cost is £70 (working); £50 (not working). However, if you can't afford that much please don't let money stop you coming. Just ask for a bursary place for a reduced rate.
