Sorry it's been so long! A busy, busy few months since our last round of online meditations, and a full autumn so far catching up on everything that got backed up through the long summer days away! But the leaves are blowing around us here, the sun sinking earlier, and we're turning our minds to the winter season to come. What say we do some meditation to help ease the darker days?
As before we'll have two weekly sessions for you. See details below...
As ever, we'll be online 10 minutes or so before the designated start time for the meditations. Please also try to be at your computer/device and ready to sit at least a few minutes early so we can begin promptly. We'll usually have an introduction for 10 mins, sit for 40 minutes, and leave a further 10-15 mins at the end for sharing, questions, etc.
So, give yourself an hour or so a week to connect with the earth, with your breath and body, with your thoughts and feelings, and with others! And let's meditate through the winter together...
Weekly meditations
- Starting October 21st until December 16th: Tuesdays, 2.30pm EST/7.30pm UK (4-6 week courses, facilitated by Candradasa)
- Starting October 24th until December 19th: Fridays, 11am EST/4pm UK (drop-in, facilitated by Rijupatha. NB. Google Hangout only.)
