This week: Brahma Viharas
The weekly sessions are a simple opportunity to learn more about and practice two fundamental meditation forms - the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving-kindness) practices. We'll get a chance to explore one practice per session, changing it up each week.
Meditators of all experience levels are welcome to come along! There will be some introduction to the practices for beginners, so this will be an ideal place to start if you haven't meditated before. You'll have guidance and the opportunity to ask questions, as well as a chance to meet other meditators and connect.
How to connect:
Friday sessions will only be held via Google hangout on our Google + page (you may have to add us to your circles, then click ‘hangouts’ in the event posting on our page each week).
