The Melbourne Buddhist Centre has been practicing and teaching Buddhist ethics, meditation and wisdom for over 30 years.

Our centre is located in the heart of Brunswick, a vibrant neighbourhood in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

The Dharma is shared at the MBC through a wide range of activities including study groups, drop in meditation classes, courses and day retreats.

We are seeking a new chair to replace Dantacitta who will be stepping down in September this year.

Our future chair will be an energetic and friendly person who wants to serve our Sangha wholeheartedly.  

This is a voluntary position open to all Order Members who have Australian Citizenship or permanent residency.
