Welcome to the Frome Triratna Buddhist Community, Somerset.

Our sangha/meditation evening is on Thursdays. At St Mary's church hall. If you are familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness/Metta Bhavana meditations you are welcome.

If you are new to meditation we run occasional intro classes, where we explore Buddhism as the heart of a living practice in a wide variety of ways.

Our activities include festivals, men’s days, women’s days, retreats, gatherings and celebrations - our small, vibrant, friendly community looks forward to meeting you!
