Happy 2016 everyone! For the 7th Day of FBA we bring you three previously unreleased talks from the Free Buddhist Audio archives!

Our main selection is a talk from Parami entitled "Heartbeat of the Bodhichitta". Parami in her typical engaging fashion speaks here on the topic of the Bodhichitta and its place in the Triratna (previously FWBO) Community.

We also have a great talk from Taravandana called "The Thread of Our Lives" and a full "Lead-Through of the Tonglen Practice" by Parami.

Did you know that this is just the tip of the iceberg for unreleased talks in the Free Buddhist Audio archive? There are many more talks that are stored on hard drives, waiting for editing and release. And many, many more that still exist on tape that still need to be digitized! And the archive is always changing - new talks from the community are continually coming in that need to be edited and mastered for release.
