Triratna Charities and organisations pension provision

Please find attached our latest advice on the statutory need to provide pensions for people supported / employed by Triratna Charities and organisations. As noted in the document, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer you any further substantial guidance; you will need to consider the points raised in the guidance and the instruct your finance officer to set up the scheme using the pension provider (in all likelihood NEST) and your PAYE software. It may be that as schemes are establish we will be able to provide some further guidance on the details.
